This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding collection and use of personal information, including information collected from registered users or other visitors to MFA’s website or mobile services, including

By using this site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is also incorporated into the Terms of Use. Whenever you submit information via this site, you consent to the collection and use of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs MFA’s data practices applicable to the limited personal information that may be provided by members to MFA, as well as information that may be collected from registered users or other visitors to MFA’s Website or mobile services.   MFA’s Website and mobile services are intended for a US audience and are governed under the laws of the United States. Do not use our Website or mobile services if you do not agree to the transfer and processing of your personal information by MFA in the United States.

Other than contact information to communicate with our members or otherwise respond to their requests, and payment information to process dues, fees, or donations, MFA does not collect personal information.   Our website may also provide you certain interactive features to allow you to post content to other members, or to share information publicly. As Required by Law or for the Protection of Others: We retain the right to disclose collected information pursuant to a request from law enforcement or pursuant to other legal or regulatory process, or as otherwise required by law, or, in our sole discretion, to protect our rights, property or interests, including to enforce this Privacy Policy or our  Terms of Use. Your account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You should help to prevent unauthorized access to your account by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

We use your information to communicate with our members about MFA activities.  You may sign up for the MFA newsletter on our homepage.  If, at any time, you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing lists, you may email us at or follow the instructions to unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails.
