MFA has reserved a block of rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. MFA’s special room rate is $425/night plus applicable sales tax. Upgraded room types may be available for an additional fee. By reserving a hotel room using Managed Funds Association’s contracted room rate, you consent for the hotel to provide Managed Funds Association with information about the duration of your stay, including the name attached to the reservation. Reserving a hotel room using the contracted room rate acknowledges this policy.

Please note that the MFA room block is reserved for registered attendees only. We reserve the right to cancel reservations for anyone using the room block that is not registered for MFA Forum 2022.

To make a reservation, you may choose to use the online link or call to reserve your hotel room. A credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. If you need extra nights, please telephone the hotel directly to book a room.

Step 1: Clink link to “Check Rates”
Step 2: Enter dates traveling, # of people
Step 3: Click on “Promo Code” and type in your code 220613MFA (all caps, copy/paste will not work; please type code out) and then “Check Rates”
Step 4: The rate for a City-View Room will appear. Click on “Select Room.”
Step 5: The option to select the “Managed Funds Association” package will appear. Follow prompts to confirm reservation.

To Phone-in Reservations:
Please call the hotel directly at 312-280-8400 and ask for the Reservations department. When speaking to the Agent, please reference the code “220613MFA” or “Managed Funds Association” to make a reservation in the block.

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations and changes must be received by 6:00 pm Chicago time at least 24 hours prior to expected arrival, or a penalty equal to one night’s room rate, plus tax and service penalty, will be charged. The same penalty applies to no-shows.

RESERVATION DEADLINE:
The hotel will accept reservations, at this rate, until Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 6:00pm CST. Rooms will be available until the deadline or until the room block is full.
