MFA with 16 other associations sent a letter to Secretary Mnuchin, Chairman Powell and Administrator Carranza urging them to quickly provide additional guidance around affiliation rules under the Paycheck Protection Program. Specifically, the associations requested guidance to allow small businesses regardless of ownership structure to access critical funding that would help retain workers and jobs during the economic fallout of the current health crisis.
