MFA West 2022 conference attendees can make room reservations by calling the Hotel directly at (310) 786-2227 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting the Reservations Department. Individuals must indicate they are with the Managed Funds Association Meeting March 2022 when making reservations or the applicable group rate of $390/night plus applicable sales tax may not be extended. Reservations must be made prior to Monday, February 7, 2022 at 3:00pm ET.
The individual guest must provide a credit card at the time of reservation to guarantee his/her room. Any no shows or cancellations from Patron’s guests will be the responsibility of the individual attendee, once they have confirmed their reservation with the hotel. Individual reservations may be cancelled up to Monday, February 7, 2022. On Monday, February 7, 2022 the Hotel’s reservation department will charge full room and tax to guests’ credit card. This information will be provided in each individual guests’ confirmation letter.
All guest rooms will be held for late arrival, if guaranteed. A guarantee on each reservation shall be in the form of an advance deposit for the payment of the first night’s room and tax, either cash or a major credit card, or prearrangements made with the Hotel’s credit department.
