Sarah Morgan

Vice President, Government Relations, PAC and Political Engagement

Sarah Morgan is Vice President, Government Relations, PAC and Political Engagement. In this capacity, Sarah is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of MFA’s political and advocacy outreach efforts with the Executive Branch, Congress and relevant regulatory agencies.

Before joining MFA, Sarah worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Financial Services as assistant director of communications and on-the-record spokesperson for capital markets, insurance, government sponsored enterprises, international trade, and housing policy issues. Prior to that, Sarah worked for ten years in the office of former House Banking Committee Chairman Jim Leach (R-IA), most recently as a senior legislative assistant working on social policy and humanities issues among other policy areas.  Sarah received her B.A. from Trinity College, Washington, D.C.
