Richard Policastro - Associate, Government Relations

Richard Policastro is government relations associate at MFA. While a student at Cornell University, Rich interned for MFA and joined us full-time upon graduation. He works closely with MFA’s Legal and Government Relations teams on special research projects and is responsible for MFA’s daily newsletter, Our Industry in the News. Prior to joining MFA, Rich worked within Smith Barney’s Wealth Management Division.

Rich graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in public policy. While in college, he was a brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon, a member of the Cornell Men’s Lightweight Crew Team and wrote a thesis analyzing the competitive position of U.S. capital markets.
