Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before Monday, January 25, 2010, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing to MFA by Monday, January 25, 2010.
Written cancellation requests received between January 26 through February 8, 2010, will receive a full conference refund minus a $400 processing fee (to cover MFA's costs). If you would prefer to move the full conference registration fee to MFA's Forum 2010 conference in Chicago, MFA will waive all fees if notified by January 25, 2010. If we receive your request to move your registration fee to Forum 2010 after January 25, 2010, we will have to charge a $400 processing fee.
All cancellation requests will be processed and credited after Network 2010 concludes and you will see the credit on your statement no later than Monday, February 8, 2010 or within five business days of your request.
