Breakfast and Refreshment Breaks
The continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall area. This maximizes the time that exhibitors have to network with conference delegates.
Lounge Area
Tables and chairs will be placed near the Exhibit Hall area and registration area to encourage conference delegates to hold business meetings near the Exhibit Hall itself, thus attracting more potential clients through the Hall.
Private Parties and Meetings
Every effort has been made to provide time for networking during the Network 2009 conference program. Since much effort has gone into planning all of our events, we respectfully request that private parties and meetings be held at times that do not conflict with other conference activities. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
