Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before Monday, February 2, 2009, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing to MFA by Monday, February 2, 2009. Written cancellation requests received between February 3 through February 16, 2009 will receive a full conference refund minus a $400 processing fee (to cover MFA's costs). If you would prefer to move the full conference registration fee to MFA's Forum 2009 conference at The Fairmont Chicago on June 22- 24, MFA will waive all fees if notified by February 2, 2009. If we receive your request to move your registration fee to Forum 2009 after February 2, 2009, we will have to charge a $400 processing fee.
