NEW! “GETTING YOU FROM HERE TO THERE" TRANSPORTATION STATION (SHUTTLE BUSES TO SOUTH BEACH AND MIAMI AIRPORT):
Sponsorship: $20,000 (cost to be confirmed based on schedule)
Shuttle bus transportation (roundtrip) will be provided to take delegates from the Welcome Reception to South Beach; shuttle buses will run to the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel Coconut Grove (conference overflow property); and from Network 2008 to the Miami airport on the afternoon of February 13. Sponsor signage will designate these shuttle buses and the sponsor can distribute giveaways and corporate materials on the bus seats daily.
2.5K FUN RUN ON THE BEACH:

Tuesday, February 12, 7:00 – 8:00 am
Participants will meet at The Ritz-Carlton Spa to run, jog or walk on the beach.

General sessions will highlight topical issues in a more formal setting. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to present a three-minute company overview to attendees, and to introduce the session moderator. General session topics are listed in the program schedule.

Reserve a hospitality suite or a hospitality tent outside for one day or the length of the conference to host your corporate meetings. TV and wireless Internet connection, food and beverage, special furniture, etc. all may be available based on your needs.

Delegates can have their own scheduled meetings in a large room set with semi-private meeting areas and will include champagne and other refreshments. This area will remain open throughout the conference and offer attendees a comfortable meeting area.

Delegates in MFA’s room block at The Ritz-Carlton will receive “free” Internet access as part of this sponsorship. Delegates can obtain sponsored Internet access using a custom keycard with your firm’s logo.

Advertise in MFA’s Network 2008 on-site conference program, and place one piece of promotional material in the Network 2008 registration bag. Advertising space must be reserved by Monday, January 7, 2008 and advertising artwork must be received by MFA by Friday, January 11, 2008.
