Why You Should Exhibit
The Network 2008 exposition is the solution to your marketing challenges in today's economy. Exhibitors have the opportunity to display their products and services to decision-makers who attend Network 2008 in order to learn more effective ways to solve issues relating to their business. Exhibit Booth Fees (includes two full-conference registrations)
Exhibit booths are $10,000 ($8,000 for MFA members) and include two-conference registrations. Please refer to the Exhibit Floor Plan and indicate your first, second, and third choice of location. Space will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis. All booth fees must be paid in advance and must accompany the Exhibit Space Application. Booth reservations can only be guaranteed once payment has been received, and booths will not be assigned until the fee has been paid. Two (2) additional conference registrations are available at a rate of $500.

*As an MFA non-member at Network 2008, MFA will also “throw in” a free MFA membership for the fiscal year, ending September 30, 2008. This offer will allow this exhibitor to take advantage of the discounted Member rate at Forum 2008.
**As an MFA member, your company is entitled to a $2,000 discount.
Custom Exhibitor/Sponsor Package
Package deals can be provided and customized for firms exhibiting and sponsoring at MFA's 2008 conferences.

Exhibit booths are 8' x 10' and include carpet, pipe and drape, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, one internet line and one two-line identification sign.

Exhibit Space Contract
An exhibiting company must list an individual as the authorized on-site representative in charge of its exhibit. This representative will be responsible for satisfying all contractual obligations to MFA with regards to exhibiting at Network 2008. This person will also act as the primary source of communication between the exhibitor and MFA and its official service contractor. In addition to the two full registrations included in your exhibit fee, all company representatives in the Exhibit Hall must be registered and must wear an official exhibitor badge. An exhibiting company is entitled to two additional discounted registrations, which is available for $500 each. Badges are not transferable.
Cancellations
MFA will make an 50% refund upon written request received by January 9, 2008. No refunds will be made after this date.
