Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will officially kick-off Forum 2009 and will feature a deluxe wine and cheese reception offering unique pairings. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services while networking with conference delegates in the Exhibit Hall.
Breakfast and Refreshment Breaks
The continental breakfast and refreshment breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall. This maximizes the time that exhibitors have to network with conference delegates.
Lounge Area
Tables and chairs will be placed inside and near the Exhibit Hall and registration area to encourage conference delegates to hold business meetings inside the Exhibit Hall itself, thus attracting more potential clients through the Hall.
Private Parties and Meetings
Every effort has been made to provide time for networking during the Forum 2009 conference program. Since much effort has gone into planning all of our events, we respectfully request that private parties and meetings be held at times that do not conflict with other conference activities. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
