Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before June 15, 2009 entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing at MFA by June 15, 2009. No refunds will be made for no-shows, however, registrations can be transferred to another individual from your company. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
