General sessions will highlight topical issues in a more formal setting. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to present a three-minute company overview to attendees, and to introduce the session moderator. General session topics to be determined.
Guests will arrive to their room with a special gift on their bed from your firm. MFA can also provide the turn down gift item at an additional cost.

Reserve a hospitality suite for one day or the length of the conference to host your corporate meetings. TV and wireless Internet connection, food and beverage, special furniture, etc. all may be available based on your needs. Suites can accomodate up to 10 people.
Shuttle bus transportation (roundtrip) will be provided to take delegates from Forum 2008 to O’Hare and Midway airports on the afternoon of June 25. Sponsor signage will designate these shuttle buses and the sponsor can distribute giveaways and corporate materials on the bus seats.

Four-color advertisements are now being accepted in MFA’s Forum 2008 on-site conference program. This sponsorship entitles you to a four-color ad and one piece of promotional material in the Forum 2008 registration bag. Advertising space must be reserved by Monday, June 9, 2008 and advertising artwork must be received by MFA no later than Friday, May 23, 2008.
