Forum 2008 Delegate Registration

Please bring your completed registration form to the Forum 2008 Registration Desk located at The Fairmont Chicago, International Ballroom, Level 2 on Monday, June 23. On-site registration fees will apply.
Your full conference registration includes entrance to the general sessions, breaks, breakfasts, luncheons, networking and evening receptions, and entrance into the Exhibit Hall. All conference attendees will receive on-site information regarding speakers, exhibiting companies, sponsors and a conference delegate list. Spouse registration includes admission to all events.
Spouse Registration
MFA's "spouse" registration is designed to allow significant others, not affiliated with the alternative investment industry, join in the conference festivities. Spouse registrants are invited to attend all sessions and events. Please check the spouse registration on the delegate registration form and include the $350 payment.
If you intend to have your spouse accompany you to any of the networking events at Forum 2008, you must pay the $350 spouse registration fee.
Discounts for Sponsors
If your firm is sponsoring at MFA's Forum 2008, you and your firm's colleagues are eligible for a special discounted rate. Please contact Meredith Friday or Stacy Hudson at 202.367.1140.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before June 16, 2008 entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing at MFA by June 16, 2008. No refunds will be made for no-shows, however, registrations can be transferred to another individual from your company. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Written cancellation requests received between June 17 through June 30, 2008, will receive a full conference refund minus a $400 administration fee (to cover our costs). No refunds will be accepted after June 30, 2008
Pre-Registration Closes on Wednesday, June 18, 2008
If you register after June 18, please bring your completed registration form to the Forum 2008 Registration Desk located at The Fairmont Chicago, International Ballroom, Level 2 on Monday, June 23. On-site registration fees will apply.
Hotel Reservations
MFA's conference registration procedures have changed and we are requesting that you register for Forum 2008 before making your hotel reservation at The Fairmont Chicago. Once registered for Forum 2008, you will receive a promotional code electronically that will give you access to MFA's room block at The Fairmont Chicago. Please use this code when booking your hotel room. The room rate at The Fairmont Chicago is $337 (single/double) plus all applicable taxes.
Friday, May 30 is the deadline to make room reservations at the guaranteed rate of $337(single/double) occupancy.
