U.S. investment managers may be required to file TIC B forms starting in January 2014 due to the Department of Treasury’s amendments to its TIC B forms to require reporting by non-bank financial institutions that meet certain reporting thresholds.  Previously, only banks, broker-dealers and other similar types of institutions were required to file TIC B forms. As such, the forms and filing requirements are not readily apparent to investment management firms.

Please join us for a session with staff from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, who administer the TIC forms, to discuss TIC B filing requirements for investment managers.

Presenters Include:

Henry Castillo, Staff Director- Statistics Function, Federal Reserve of New York
Eric Darlow, Senior Analyst- Statistics Function, Federal Reserve of New York
Brian Goodwin, Team Leader- Statistics Function, Federal Reserve of New York

Moderated by:

Satish Kini, Partner, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP
