Collateralized Loan Obligations (“CLOs”) nearly disappeared after the crisis, but investment in these vehicles is on the rise once again. New CLO issuance reached $55 billion in 2012, more than the total of combined issuances between 2008 and 2011. Join us to explore the newfound appeal of CLOs for investment managers. Two panels of experts will focus on the manager’s perspective, viewing CLOs as a source of investment and fees, and from the investor’s perspective, viewing CLOs as a relatively high yielding structured investment. Don’t miss a chance to gain a deeper understanding of how CLOs are once again an opportunity for you and your investors.

Panelists include:

Andrew Brady, Managing Director, Marathon Asset Management, L.P.
Mary Katherine DuBose, Managing Director, Wells Fargo Securities
David Frey, Portfolio Manager, Highbridge Principal Strategies
Joel Holsinger, Managing Director, Fortress Investment Group LLC
