Board of Directors

MFA’s Board of Directors is comprised of a diverse group of industry leaders from member firms who collectively represent a cross-section of the hedge fund industry. Board elections take place annually. Directors serve a two-year term and are eligible to serve two consecutive terms. Each year, at the inaugural meeting of the new Board, MFA Directors elect a Chairman and Officers to serve for a fiscal year effective October 1, through September 30.
