Jake Stratton is MFA’s Manager, Information Technology. In this position, Jake is responsible for the design, procurement, installation and maintenance of a fully independent IT infrastructure that virtually connects our Washington and New York offices. Jake is also tasked with the development and implementation of MFA’s new Association Management System (AMS) database. Working with our AMS service provider, Jake will manage the migration of all current data records and interface with all MFA database users and related resources.
Beyond the enterprise-wide initiatives, Jake will recommend and implement new technology solutions based on MFA business processes to increase productivity, improve member services and reduce costs. He is responsible for managing MFA’s web site in conjunction with external web site developer/designers, and he facilitates training on technology systems to increase staff expertise and impart greater understanding of system capabilities.
Jake brings industry-focused technical experience to MFA. From 2003 to 2010 he worked with the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) in New York and Washington where he was responsible for a wide variety of information systems as the Director of End User Infrastructure.
