MFA’s Compliance 2014 conference continued this afternoon with a roundtable discussion focused on investor due diligence questionnaire compliance. Discussion leaders highlighted the compliance challenges presented by investor DDQs, investor due diligence meetings, and how investor due diligence has evolved in recent months and years. The discussion raised a number of questions, with discussion leaders and session participants sharing recent practices and experiences in dealing with investors during the due diligence process.
Discussion leaders were Kristin Conrad, Fund Administration Manager, GoldenTree Asset Management, LP and Nancy Lombardo, Managing Director, State Street Corporation.
