Posted on October 2, 2013

The West Virginia Investment Management Board recently invested an additional $30 million with hedge funds.  The investments, split between four hedge fund managers, brought its total hedge fund assets to $1.34 billion.

The investment board recently invested additional funds with some of its existing hedge fund managers.  These allocations included $10 million each to a multi-strategy fund and a global multi-strategy relative value fund.  It also invested an additional $5 million each with a global macro fund and a managed futures fund.  With the new allocations to these managers, the investment board brought its total investments with the four managers to a total of $210 million.
